so 6 months ago, on april 29th (2009), i was the first of any member of the shih family to land on german, or for that matter, euroepan soil. crazy huh? it's been 6 months already, ... enough to even earn the nicknames german karen, bayern karen, ... ok fine, so i mostly named myself that heh. :)
it's just, i'm moving on... oh, so you can only live in the boardinghaus for 6 months, so as of saturday i'm being kicked out to another one of the apts. down the road. it's just a 5min. walk away, but i'm slowly washing and cleaning the apt, just like i found it. saying gbye to the sheets i've slept in for the past 6 months, the room i found solace in, usw...

it's hard to imagine. but spring semester is coming up (i register for classes this saturday), and just like that, nothing stops and i continue no... i can't wait to get back home. :)
